Focus: System clarity
The existing workflow asked people to reason across disconnected rules, exceptions, and downstream consequences. I focused on creating an understandable path through the system, so each choice could communicate its impact before a person committed to it.
The resulting system gives teams a shared vocabulary for planning and evaluating change. By reducing the cognitive load of the core workflow, the product can grow without asking users to relearn how its parts fit together.
